Litigation Paralegal Key Highlights

  • Support complex litigation matters across business litigation, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and employment law, managing cases through all phases from discovery through trial preparation.
  • Utilize advanced e-discovery skills with a strong emphasis on Relativity, handling large-scale electronic document productions and complex case databases.
  • Lead critical litigation support functions including state and federal e-filing, document management, court filings, and coordination of case materials.
  • Play an integral role in trial preparation, assisting attorneys with exhibits, witness materials, trial binders, and other pre-trial activities for several upcoming trials.
